All orders need to be completed via our checkout page, via our online shop If however, you do encounter any difficulties, please call us and we will be happy to assist you. Whether it’s via credit/debit card, all orders will be held until payment is cleared.
Dispatching orders daily between Monday and Friday, we aim to process and send out every item ordered within 72 hours. (longer dispatch times are stated on some products) However, at times, due to unforeseen circumstances, there can be delays to your shipment. In these circumstances we will try to inform you at earliest convenience but hold no obligation towards any direct or indirect loss that might occur.
Dwellable reserves the right to cancel orders with unverified card accounts and/or those associated with a third party shipping address.
If an item has been incorrectly ordered or is no longer wanted, please get in touch, We will then assist and provide you with full details on resolving your issue.
We offer all customers a 30 day refund but we do not cover return shipping costs for any unwanted goods. All items must be returned unused, resellable and boxed as new in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. No goods are to be returned without our authorisation; this could result in not receiving your refund.
Refunds will be paid back via the original payment method and will take between 5-10 days to process and hit your account. You will be notified once we have received the item and it has been processed. If your refund has not been processed after four weeks of returning the item(s) please contact us.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible (open Monday to Friday, 10-4pm). If it has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund the value of the item(s). However, due to our quick dispatch turn around, we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled in time.
If your order has been dispatched, please refer to our returns procedure, letting us know once done so we can assist you further with a refund.
All products purchased from Dwellable come with our quality guarantee to ensure you are completely satisfied. If you do encounter any problems with your purchase, we will deal with the issue promptly and professionally by our dedicated Customer Service team, located in our UK Head Office.
If your item appears to be missing any parts, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you further in resolving the issue. When contacting us, please ensure you include the item name, date of order along with the part you believe to be missing.
Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order number, order info.
Once dispatched we will inform you of your tracking details, keeping you up to date with the whereabouts of your package. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email in your inbox.
At times, we may be unable to fulfil an order due to product quantities, errors in product information or problems with payment and as a result, we must cancel the order. In some circumstances we may require additional verification information before accepting an order. We will be in contact if any of the mentioned circumstances arise.
Both parties agree that, following the dispatch of an item(s), transportation lies on the third-party courier, where all ownership and responsibility of the products belong to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.
